Arıcı Asistan/Buzzmanager Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi Aridata Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi tarafından oluşturulmuştur.

Yürürlük Tarihi: 13.10.2023

Bu Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), Aridata Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Şirket") tarafından sağlanan Arıcı Asistan/Buzzmanager mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Sözleşmenin şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Lisans Verme

Şirket, bu Sözleşmenin şartlarına tabi olarak, kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlar için Uygulamayı kullanma hakkında size münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, iptal edilebilir bir lisans verir. Uygulama, sınırlı kullanılabilirlikle ücretsiz olarak indirilebilir; genişletilmiş özellikler bir uygulama mağazası aboneliği satın almayı gerektirir.

2. Sahiplik

Uygulama ve içeriğine ilişkin tüm haklar, başlıklar ve çıkarlar, tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları dahil olmak üzere Şirket'e aittir. Tüm içerik ve ticari markalar Şirket'in münhasır mülkiyetindedir.

3. Hesap Oluşturma ve Kullanıcı İçeriği

Hesap oluşturabilir ve içerik yükleyebilirsiniz. İçerik yükleyerek, Şirket'e, bu içeriği Uygulama ile bağlantılı olarak kullanma, çoğaltma, değiştirme, yayınlama, dağıtma ve gösterme hakkında münhasır olmayan, telifsiz, sürekli, geri alınamaz bir lisans verirsiniz.

4. Abonelik Hizmetleri

Şirket, Uygulamanın genişletilmiş özellikleri için abonelik hizmetleri sunar. Abonelik ücretleri iade edilmez, yasalar veya bu Sözleşmede belirtildiği gibi aksi belirtilmedikçe.

5. Geri Bildirim

Şirket'e geri bildirim ve önerilerde bulunabilirsiniz. Geri bildirim göndererek, Şirket'in sizden tazminat veya kredi talep etmeden geri bildiriminizi kullanabileceğini kabul edersiniz.

6. Promosyonlar

Şirket, Uygulama aracılığıyla promosyonlar, yarışmalar veya çekilişler sunabilir. Bu tür promosyonlara ek şartlar uygulanabilir ve bu şartlara uymayı kabul edersiniz.

7. Kullanım Kısıtlamaları

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, deşifre etmek, dağıtmak, transfer etmek veya başka şekillerde kötüye kullanmak gibi eylemlerde bulunmayacağınızı kabul edersiniz. Herhangi bir yetkisiz kullanım, bu lisansın derhal ve otomatik olarak sona ermesine neden olacaktır.

8. Feragatnameler

Uygulama, herhangi bir garantisi olmadan "olduğu gibi" sağlanır. Şirket, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde tüm garantileri, açık veya zımni, reddeder.

9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlanması

Şirket, Uygulamayı kullanmanız veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir zarar veya kayıp için sorumlu tutulamaz.

10. Fesih

Şirket, herhangi bir nedenle bu Sözleşmeyi ve Uygulamanın kullanımını herhangi bir zaman, haber vermeksizin sona erdirebilir.

11. Yürürlükteki Hukuk

Bu Sözleşme, İstanbul, Türkiye yasalarına tabi olacaktır.

13. Tüm Sözleşme

Bu Sözleşme, Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte, Uygulamanın kullanımı hakkında sizin ve Şirket arasındaki tüm sözleşmeyi oluşturur.

End User License Agreement (EULA) of Arıcı Asistan/Buzzmanager Created by Aridata Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.

Effective from: 13.10.2023

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Arıcı Asistan/Buzzmanager mobile application ("Application") provided by Aridata Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Application is free to download with limited usability; extended features require a subscription purchased through application stores.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company. All content and trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company.

3. Account Creation and User Content

You may create an account and upload content to the Application. By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Application.

4. Subscription Services

The Company offers subscription services for extended features of the Application. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in this Agreement.

5. Feedback

You may provide feedback and suggestions to the Company. By submitting feedback, you agree that the Company may use your feedback without compensation or credit to you.

6. Promotions

The Company may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes through the Application. Additional terms may apply to such promotions, and you agree to comply with such terms.

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, transfer, or otherwise misuse the Application. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

8. Disclaimers

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the Application.

10. Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement and your use of the Application at any time for any reason without notice.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Application.
